PAYMENT TERMS:- One Month Valued/Valid SBLC (Stand-by Letter of Credit) or Bank Guarantee BG for One(1) Year and 45-Days, and Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit, DL/C, Payable Month to Month, Upon Delivery. (At The Destination Port)
INCOTERMS:-INCOTERM 2000:- CIF ASWP.
INSPECTION:- SGS to determine Quality and Quantity at the Loading Port. Only SGS Inspection Cost is to be borne by the Seller at the Loading Port. CIQ / CCIC Inspection, if required by the Buyer, cost will be borne By the Buyer.
PERFORMANCE BOND, PB:-
After receiving acceptable Payment Instruction from the Buyer, the
Seller will issue a Performance Bond, PB of 2% of the Value of the Letter of Credit, L/C in the form of Corporate Performance Bond to Be issued by Seller and backed by SBL/C.
TYPICAL SELLER’S PROCEDURE & TERMS:-
1, Buyer submits valid Letter of Intent(LOI) or ICPO with full Banking Coordinates and
With Soft-Probe Authorization for Seller + BCL or RWA or LOI + BCL 2, Seller issues Full Corporate Offer(FCO) & DRAFT CONTRACT to the Buyer. 3, Buyer signs FCO & DRAFT-CONTRACT in agreement by both Parties. 4, Buyer and Seller negotiate and Finalize the Draft-Contract. 5, Seller releases Final Contract for signing by both Parties. 6, Buyer opens Non-Operative L/C (DL/C or SBL/C/BG), in accordance with the Contract. 7, Seller issues PB 2% to activate the Non-Operative L/C (DL/C or SBL/C / BG), in
Accordance with the Contract. 8, First Shipment will commence, not later than 30-45 days from the date of issue of the Operative L/C (DL/C or SBL/C / BG), in accordance with the Contract
