PAYMENT
The payment will be in US Dollars and made by cash against documents at sight by fully funded documentary letter of credit (FFDLC) irrevocable, unconditioned and non transferable in the amount equivalent to each shipment, and will be issued in favour of the Seller.
The first FFDLC will be issued to the Seller's bank after the Sellers provide a POP in the form of a
Statement from the Storage facility confirming the product is available to the order of the Seller.
PROCEDURE
Buyer and Seller sign and seal the contract with banking coordinates as per clause 7
Buyer and Seller sign the Specifications of the product. Annex 1
Buyer provides bank evidence of ability to purchase
Seller provides POP as defined in clause 8.2
Buyer sends to Seller the Letter's of Credit Annex 3
Seller posts 2% Performance Bond Annex 4
Delivery commences as scheduled /agrees by both parties. Annex 2
The Seller shall load the first cargo within 30-45 business days after received the LC's 'from the Buyer's bank.
Each Party hereto will bear its respective banking costs
